We also record technical details that come with the request, such as the page you sent it from, the referring website and campaign tags in the link you followed. When you call, our call-tracking provider records the calling number, time and duration, and calls may be recorded.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent sewer contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We use service providers to run this site: website hosting, a form-processing service that delivers requests, a call-tracking service and, where enabled, website analytics. They process information on our behalf. Analytics events on this site never include your name, phone number, email, address or message.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores how you first arrived (referring site and campaign tags) in your browser so it can be included with a request. Analytics tools, if enabled, may set cookies. You can clear or block these in your browser settings.

Referral disclosure

Walnut Creek Sewer Line is an independent website that connects homeowners with local sewer contractors. We are not a contractor; contractors may pay us for project requests. Verify any license at cslb.ca.gov.
